Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring for,Windchill QA5-8 years experience in Testing for the Windchill PLM domain.Expertise in modules like PDMLink, Change Management, MPMLink in Windchill.Experienced in working with Product Owners, Business Analysts to analyze requirements for user stories for Windchill enhancements and create test plans and test cases following standard processes.Knowledge of CAD tools like Creo.Develop a strategy for test execution for regression builds and ensure completion within time, on quality.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practicesEnsure technical issues are quickly resolved and help implement strategies and solutions to reduce the likelihood of recurrence.Must-Have Skills and Behavioral Skills:Proficient in product life cycle management(PLM) concepts and Windchill PDMLink.Expert in Change Management concepts in Windchill.Ability to understand application requirements and prepare and review test cases, test scenarios.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Flexible, adaptable and willing to learn new things and passion to troubleshoot problems and drive them to resolution.Good Understanding of automation frameworks experiencePerformance testing knowledge is a plusResponsibilities:Build differentiated and sustainable testing capabilities within the team to ensure successful delivery of organization initiativesDefining the scope of testing within the context of each release/deliveryPlanning, estimate and managing the testing effort for any given project.Working with the Scrum team for new features and MOB work.Analyze requirements and creating test plans and test cases.Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.Execute test cases, defect tracking, re-testing.Maintain documentation required for testing processesCompetencies:Windchill : ProficientSDLC : ProficientWeb Application Testing: ProficientRegards,HR Team
