Job Description

    * Technical Skills :
    1. Knowledge of Wiper/Washer/Hoses/Sensor cleaning regulatory requirements FMVSS & ECE.
    2. 3D/2D CAD designing in NX 1973 or above.
    3. Proficient in creating Innovative concepts.
    4. Knowledge of Kinematics of components , Mechanical routing in NX.
    5. Knowhow of vehicle packaging will be an added advantage.
    6. Knowhow of working with PLM tools like Team center.
    7. Plastic design & manufacturing know-how : Injection molding, EPDM/ Plastic hose design
    Primary Responsibilities :
    1. Understand basics of Washer system development Washer tank, Nozzle, Washer hose, Pump, Sensor cleaning etc.
    2. To create multiple proposals and innovative concepts for integration of Sensor cleaning system (Cameras and ADAS sensors), hoses, pumps with interface parts including wiring harness.
    3. To work independently on Washer system, Sensor cleaning system development for different projects according to the NPD process.
    4. Coordination with Internal CFTs & International supplier for Washer system/Sensor cleaning system/Washer Hoses & participate in technical forums during the entire development process.
    5. To understand and evaluate the Vehicle level/system level Testing according to the Homologation requirements.
    6. Work on a project on Sustainable materials & New trends & Innovations in Washer & Sensor cleaning Systems
    7. To be able to execute Change management, Release & documentation of components
    Soft Skills :
    1. Strong interpersonal & communication skills
    2. Ability to learn & adapt quickly, explore new ideas
    3. Excellent in planning, execution and prioritizing work in different situations
    4. Highly-motivated in order to push self and other to achieve self, Team and project goals
    5. Assist team leader to achieve Company goals / objectives.
    6. German language speaking skills will be an added advantage
