What we are looking for : Wiring Harness Proto People who are excited by technology and working with others to develop truly GREAT software. People willing to learn new skills and who are not tied to any one language, but who have developed their skills sufficiently to accept any challenge. People who are willing to take ownership, take responsibility and perform in a first-class way.

  • Support to Proto shop for the wiring harness modification & Electrical bench testing, IDT, Crash as per project requirement.
  • Support customer launch phase alpha, beta and series production +90days.
  • Support to EE supplier end for PPAP audit electrical parts, wiring harness testing validation.
  • Support to proto build for Electrical issue trouble shutting on vehicle with AED proto shop team.
  • Represented of the company in internal and external relations with respect to circuit, wiring harness changes, CAD changes and inform to team time to time for the modifications.
  • Interaction with all EE parts with proto planning team and Supplier for Development of new parts.
  • Preparation of testing and Validation & Verification Report for submission to project team.
  • ECU Diagnostics support to Vehicle & power train Team.
  • Support proto purchasing team for Electrical part and tracking indent material.
  • Diagnostic system checking on vehicle and flashing new software on vehicles ECU.
  • Checking development Wiring harness, ECU software progress and start escalation in a timely to CE office manner if needed
  • Support to Lab car wiring hardness testing and validations.
  • Production line issue resolution & technical support for EOL data,
  • Interaction with IDT, HMI & PAT Team for part level testing & validation report.
  • Support to Vehicle Prototype Management & Preparation.
  • Checking Wiring Harness routine & Electrical components packaging on vehicle in each phase first build and make properly report.
  • Vehicle Complete functional Electrical checklist first vehicle with AED team.
  • Wiring harness phase wise modification tracking.
  • All phase vehicle build tracking with trim level and build sequence report.
