Job Description

Workday Integrations Lead Be an essential member of one of Crees most significant transformation efforts! As part of the HR Transformation program, Cree is looking for a Workday Integrations Lead to assist with implementing technologies that will enable and shape our future HR business processes and operating model. The Integrations lead will be an integral part of the HR Transformation program. The Integrations Lead recognizes, reveals, and escalates risks and issues to expedite decision making and resolution for Integrations. This position collaborates with other program work streams and with other IT and business functions to develop requirements that meet Cree security/audit standards. This candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to understand and convey technical/functional solutions with developers & users. Minimum Technical Qualifications Primary Capability / Specialty: Software as a Service, Workday, Oracle EBS Strong hands on 2-5 years experience in Workday Studio, API (Web Services) and EIB's and Core connectors Develop, test, maintain and support all Workday integrations using the suite of Workday integration tools, including but not limited to Workday Studio, connectors and PECI, PICOF files Support mass change imports using Workday EIBs Analyze business requirements and provide effective integration solutions Prepare detailed technical documentation to support design and ongoing maintenance of completed integrations Partner with appropriate teams for unit, system and UAT testing Experience in data extraction, data mapping and data conversion from a legacy system to Workday Provide on-going support and collaboration with required business units, including but not limited to planning, validation, testing and service updates Ensure data integrity and privacy at the highest levels Ability to learn while broadening teams knowledge of Workday configuration through knowledge transfer, training and documentation Provide frequent and clear communications regarding the status of initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed of changes and work that is in progress Support HR & Payroll teams to ensure compliance with all related legal requirements and reporting Soft or Behavioral skills Self-motivated with superior analytical and problem solving skills, and a strong sense of accountability Be resourceful and effective in a fast-paced environment Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or equivalent Knowledge of Human Resource and Payroll business functions If you are selected, you will join our dynamic technology team in making a difference to our business and customers.
