Job Description

  • Role purpose: To ensure delivery through team of all SAP / SF dataadministration related activities and new HR processes ensuring consistent and efficient delivery of service. Responsible for SLA management, Quality Management, Escalation Management, Team Management and consequently drive employee experience and continuous process improvement.
  • Ensure processing of all transactions within existing and new HR processes through consistent and efficient delivery of service
  • SLA Management:To ensure delivery through team of all SAP dataadministration related activities within SLAs . Maintain escalation tracker, conduct RCA and implement corrective action plan to avoid recurrance and sustain and improve employee experience.
  • Process Expertise:Lead the team andmanage the alignment of processes to global standards. Continually seek to gain efficiencies where possible and encourage the team to do the same.
  • Quality Management:Create and deploy the quality framework and helpin training the team members for the same
  • Process Improvement:Engaging team members to connect with CPI team with ideas to bring the quality in delivery or Cost efficiency.
  • Project Management:Act as a Business front end SPOC to help drive Global initiatives and projects like TSS, HANNA, AQDB, etc. Testing, fit gaps, documentation, risk analysis and work with the project team to achieve the desired business outcome as per desired timelines.
  • Escalation Management :Act as the first point of contact for escalations pertaining to WPA, conduct a detailed root cause analysis for each escalation, provide the customer with a resolution, and put in place the corrective actions to prevent a re-occurrence.
