Zonal Audit Manager- Listed Automotive Component - Plant Locations, Pune/ Aurangabad ( CA: 12 yrs+)Employer : Listed Automotive Component ManufacturerRole : Zonal Audit Manager- Plant LocationsJob Location : Aurangabad / Pune- Responsible for Planning, supervising , reviewing and timely & effective closure of regular and specific audits of both Domestic , Overseas and those done by Co-sourced partner, ensure quality of audit reviews, conducting specific assignments and investigations, initiating & implementing cost savings/cost reduction projects , developing SOPs, support risk owners/champions in Implementation of Mitigation plans on Top Risks determined through ERM exercise, prepare and submit reports on progress of mitigation plans implementation (as required by GCIA), keep Risk Register updated,supporting GCIA for Audit Committee meetings and any other assignments as advised by GCIA.- Plan, review, conduct and closure of internal audit assignments of the plant - processwise- Create checklist and share it with team members basis which the internal review will be conducted and periodically review and update the same- Ensuring the quality of audit execution and observations, review initial queries and the observations of team and suggest, if any deep dive is required- Suggest modifications in the report and further discussion of the responses received from plants- Discuss with plant head and plant team for the action plan with specific target date and the person responsible for each action item- Periodically update CIA on the observations and obtain his feedback and action points- Share the critical observations for each process with respective stakeholders like BU Ops team , BU Ops head , BU Head and CEO and obtain their feedback- Closure of plant audits and release the report including comments of CEO and BU head to the concerned stakeholder- Escalate and discuss non-cooperation of auditee in terms providing records/details, responses and feedbacks to appropriate reporting managers of auditee- Ensuring timely closure of audit reviews, as per scope defined- Share the most critical observations (previously discussed with CEO) including comments with CIAwhich in turn is forwarded to MD for his review- Prepare the presentation for the quarterly audit committee meeting covering the key observations in that quarterInternal Audits by Co-sourced partner :- Support Co-sourced partner to coordinate with plants management and to conduct annual audits assigned- Ensuring the quality of audit execution and observations, review initial queries and the observations and suggest, if any deep dive is required- Suggest modifications in the report and further discussion of the responses received from plants- Participate with Co-sourced partner to discuss with plant head and plant team for the action plan with specific target date and the person responsible for each action item- Periodically update GCIA on the key observations and obtain his feedback and action points- Guide and advise Co-sourced partner to share the critical observations for each process with respective stakeholders like BU Ops team , BU Ops head , BU Head and support to obtain their feedback- Participate with Co-sourced partner in Closure meetings of plant audits and get the timely release of the report by co-sourced partner including comments of BU head to the concerned stakeholder- Escalate and discuss non-cooperation of auditee in terms of providing records/details, responses and feedbacks to appropriate reporting managers of auditee- Ensuring timely closure of audit reviews, as per scope definedPlease send your CV with below details if this suits your requirement : 1.
