Job Description

    We are seeking highly motivated individuals with pleasant personalities and strong organizational skills to join our team as a PHP/MySQL Web Engineer. A minimum of 2 years of experience working with PHP technology and Web-based business applications is required for this role.The successful candidate must be willing to work on-site at our office in Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh. It is essential to have a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of typical businesses, as we cater to a diverse range of clients and require individuals with robust business acumen.Key responsibilities of this position include developing custom Web-based applications with database backends for clients, creating Web-based software for internal projects, collaborating with other members of the Web development team such as project managers, web programmers, graphic designers, authors, and quality assurance personnel to deliver high-quality finished products.The ideal candidate should be capable of working on projects independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills. Continuous maintenance of existing projects is also part of the job scope.Qualifications for this role include excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented programming, familiarity with Web 2.0 techniques (e.g., AJAX), proficiency in MySQL (beyond simple SELECT and JOIN statements), adherence to coding standards, strong organizational programming abilities, and effective commenting practices.
