Job Description

    Create architectural design concepts, sketches, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas to clients and project stakeholders. Develop detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details. Select materials, finishes, and colors that align with the design vision and meet functional requirements. Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices into the architectural designs. Coordinate with engineering teams, consultants, and other professionals to ensure that the design aligns with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering requirements. Collaborate with interior designers and landscape architects to integrate interior and exterior design elements seamlessly. Conduct design review meetings with clients and project stakeholders to present and receive feedback on design proposals. Revise and refine architectural designs based on feedback, ensuring that the final design meets the clients vision and objectives. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements throughout the design process.Documentation: Prepare and present design documentation, including architectural drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Create detailed construction drawings, including plans, sections, and details, for use by construction teams. Assist in the preparation of permit applications and other regulatory submissions. Review shop drawings and material samples to ensure they align with the design intent and specifications. Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the design process.Professional Development and Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in architecture and design.
