Job Description

    As a B2B Sales Executive, your role involves identifying, prospecting, and generating new business opportunities in the B2B market. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups. Your key responsibilities also include developing and delivering presentations, proposals, and solutions to potential clients, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools. In addition, you will negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely delivery of services/products. Collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service is essential to ensure client satisfaction. It is important to stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market activities.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in the B2B market.- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups.- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and solutions to potential clients.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely delivery of services/products.- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure client satisfaction.- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market activities.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Proven experience (at least 3 years) in B2B sales or corporate sales.- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.Please note that the job is full-time with benefits including cell phone reimbursement. Fluent English communication is required for this role.
