    EDUCATION:Any Graduate / Postgraduates.OTHER BENEFITS: Personal Accident Insurance, Group Life Insurance, Spectacles && DentalPolicy.JOB DESCRIPTION:Should be able to generate leads and take the entire sales cycle to closure withlimited or no intervention from ManagerEnsuring prompt customer service && implementing various customer relatedinitiatives in assigned region.Ensuring that the IRDA (Insurance Brokers) Regulations, that are in force areadhered to in their respective area.Visit potential customers for new businessGrow existing accounts and develop new accounts to meet sales and profitabilitygoals establish by the Direct-Sales ManagementKeep database current and accurate with target customer, current customer, andfuture customerEnsuring that business targets are met month on month.Increase branch footfall and presence along with demonstrating excellent customerservice and setting an example for other staff.Support in initiating branch engagement and marketing activities and growthcampaigns.Performs other related duties as assigned.CANDIDATE BACKGROUND AND EXPECTATIONS:1. Direct sales / Agency sales background.2. BDE should have marketing knowledge and have plans to execute the same.3. Should have good customer Interaction and Customer Service skill.4. Minimum 2 Years of insurance sales experience.
