Job Description

    Responsibilities
    • Recruitment and Onboarding:Identify, recruit, and onboard new insurance agents or Agency Partners .
    • Sales and Performance Management:Drive sales through the agency network, set targets, monitor performance, and ensure business goals are met. This includes conducting joint sales calls with agents.
    • Training and Development:Coach and develop agents on product knowledge, selling skills, and processes through regular training sessions.
    • Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and provide ongoing support and motivation.
    • Market Analysis:Analyze market data and trends to identify new clients and advisors.
    • Compliance and Reporting:Ensure adherence to regulatory norms and internal policies, and provide regular reports on business performance and agent activities to management.
