Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst / Business Development professional with a solid background in project management and proficiency in using JIRA. As a BA/BD, you will be instrumental in coordinating and overseeing projects, collaborating with diverse teams, and ensuring successful project completion. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project management and a strong understanding of JIRA.Your responsibilities will include gathering business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into actionable project plans, utilizing JIRA for task tracking and project management, liaising with development teams and stakeholders for effective communication, identifying and mitigating project risks, conducting regular project status meetings, monitoring project timelines and deliverables, collaborating with sales and marketing teams for business development support, analyzing project data for performance measurement, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices related to project management and JIRA.To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field, have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, be proficient in using JIRA, possess strong project management knowledge and practices, excel in communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate an analytical mindset for data-driven decisions, show a track record of successful project delivery, exhibit excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, be self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively, and have familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Preferred qualifications include experience in business analysis, process improvement, or client relationship management, familiarity with other project management tools like Trello, Asana, or MS Project, and knowledge of software development processes and SDLC.If you are a proactive individual passionate about business development, we invite you to apply and join us in our journey towards success.,
