Job Description

    As a skilled and experienced Business Analyst / Business Development professional with a strong background in project management and experience in using JIRA, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project execution. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in project management and proficient knowledge of JIRA.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into clear and actionable project plans.- Utilize JIRA to create, track, and manage project tasks, issues, and progress throughout the project lifecycle.- Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination during project execution.- Identify potential risks and challenges during the project lifecycle and develop strategies to mitigate them.- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to all relevant parties and addressing any roadblocks or concerns.- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts, including proposal writing, client presentations, and lead generation.- Analyze project data and metrics to measure project performance and identify areas for improvement.- Provide detailed project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations, as required.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new tools or methodologies related to project management and JIRA.Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Development professional, or in a similar project management role.- Proficiency in using JIRA for project tracking, issue management, and reporting.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.- Proven track record of successful project management and delivery.- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or client relationship management.- Familiarity with other project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or MS Project.- Knowledge of software development processes and software development life cycle (SDLC).If you are a passionate and proactive individual with a knack for business development, we encourage you to apply and become an essential part of our success story.,
