Job Description

    As a Business Development Manager at Mindtel, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the EdTech sector. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, as well as conduct presentations to potential clients showcasing our innovative solutions.Collaboration with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies will be essential, along with attending industry conferences and networking events to represent the company. You will prepare and present detailed proposals to potential clients, monitor and report on competitors and market conditions, and provide exceptional customer service to build lasting client relationships. Gathering feedback from clients to enhance product offerings and training and mentoring junior sales team members will also be part of your role.To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelors degree in Business, Education, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in EdTech. A proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong negotiation and presentation skills are required. Proficiency in using CRM and sales software, as well as the ability to understand educational technologies and market trends, are also important qualifications.
