Job Description

Ecommerce Category Manager - D2C- Support the development of long-term organizational strategy.- Identify threats and opportunities.- Align departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.- Conduct research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, and stakeholders.- Assess market trends and competitors.- Present findings, projections, and recommended actions.- Plan, implement and manage proposed recommendations and projects.- Forecasting, fulfilment, cancelations, returns, optimizing logistic cost and complain.- Identify potential vendors to ensure continuity of supply minimize risk of product not available and exploit emerging opportunities that are beneficial to the company.- Work closely with suppliers/Vendors to ensure timely delivery of products, replenishment of stock re-orders and ensure the products promoted are available with vendor.- Handling team and putting directions for every team member to inspire and achieve each parameter month wise.- Arrange meetings with new and prospective Brands and introduce complete range of products.- Exercise responsibility for achievement of monthly/Quarterly GMV targets fixed by the management,
