    Job ObjectiveWe are seeking an experienced Engineering professional with 10-20 years of experience in the Power/Energy industry to join our team in Raipur. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of the Power/Energy industry while upholding Adanis values of integrity, commitment, and excellence.Roles and Responsibilities Lead and manage engineering projects within the Power/Energy sector, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of power generation and distribution processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering practices Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects, providing technical insights and recommendations Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining a strong focus on safety and environmental stewardship Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate project updates, solicit feedback, and address any concerns proactively Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the Power/Energy industry, incorporating best practices into project designs and execution Contribute to the strategic vision of the organization, identifying growth opportunities and driving initiatives to achieve long-term business objectives.Educational Qualification:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.Experiences: 10-20 years of proven experience in Thermal Projects,
