Job Description

    As a Fashion Consultant in Raipur (EBO and SIS), reporting to the Store Manager or Floor Manager, your role involves greeting and assisting customers with styling advice and product recommendations. You will be responsible for achieving individual sales targets, contributing to overall store performance, maintaining product knowledge, ensuring visual merchandising standards, handling billing, stock replenishment, and basic store operations. Collaboration with the team for smooth daily operations is essential for success in this role.Qualifications required for this position include a minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion retail or customer service. A 12th pass educational qualification is necessary, with a preference for graduates. To excel in this role, you must be well-groomed with a keen sense of fashion, possess good communication skills, product knowledge, and styling awareness, and have flexible availability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.---As a Senior Fashion Consultant based in Raipur (EBO and SIS) and reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, your responsibilities will include offering premium styling advice, building client relationships, driving high-value sales, coaching junior staff, ensuring visual merchandising compliance, leading VM updates, taking initiative in backend operations like stock audits and shrinkage control, and acting as a key team player for achieving store-level excellence.To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in premium or luxury segments. A graduate qualification is preferred, with a fashion-related qualification being a plus. You should be well-groomed, confident, and fashion-forward, with excellent customer handling, upselling, and team coordination skills. Being open to rotational shifts and holiday schedules is necessary for this role.The salary range for this position will be determined as per interview and experience. The brand expects you to lead by example in grooming and styling, actively contribute to customer loyalty, and show initiative in driving store-level excellence.,
