    Job Title: Field Sales Executive Construction Tools and MachineryWe are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of construction tools and machinery to contractors, construction companies, and other industry professionals. Your primary focus will be on generating new business, maintaining existing customer relationships, and driving sales growth within your designated region.Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential customers within the construction industry, including contractors, builders, and project managers. Promote and sell a wide range of high-quality construction tools, machinery, and equipment. Provide expert advice and product demonstrations to customers, ensuring they have the right equipment for their specific needs. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by offering excellent service and support. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close deals successfully. Stay up to date with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activity to effectively position our products. Regularly report on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.Qualifications: Proven experience in field sales, ideally within the construction, tools, or machinery sectors. Strong knowledge of construction tools, machinery, and equipment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships. Comfortable with travel within your assigned territory.
