Job Description

    As the Business Manager and Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department at Hyatt Raipur, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the department in alignment with Hyatt Internationals Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your responsibilities will include meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners while driving the success of all outlets within the hotel.To excel in this role, you should ideally possess a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as an Assistant Director of F&B or Senior Restaurant Manager in a larger operation is required. Strong operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential for this position, with previous banqueting experience being considered an asset.Your primary objective will be to oversee the successful functioning of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring that they meet the hotels standards and operate profitably on an individual basis. By leveraging your expertise in business management and marketing, you will contribute to the overall success and reputation of Hyatt Raipurs Food and Beverage Department.,
