Job Description

    The General Manager Operations will oversee end-to-end operational activities of the domestic BPO operations at the Square Raipur Office. This role requires strong leadership, structured execution, operational expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth daily operations, achievement of business targets, and continuous improvement.key responsibilities
    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the domestic BPO process.
    • Ensure achievement of operational KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, CSAT, AHT, and other business targets.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, client requirements, and quality standards.
    • Monitor operational workflows and drive improvements in operational efficiency.
    • Work closely with HR, WFM, Quality, Training, Finance, Technical, and Admin teams.
    • Ensure a smooth relationships with the clients & deliver the KPIs
