Job Description

    As a graphic designer & video editor at NetPractice, an edtech startup based in Raipur, your role involves creating engaging visual content for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. You will play a crucial part in developing a strong social media presence to connect with SSC aspirants through compelling and high-quality content. This job is perfect for someone who enjoys storytelling, is familiar with youth trends, and can infuse energy and creativity into educational content.Key Responsibilities:- Design Instagram posts, carousels, and stories that resonate with NetPractices brand style.- Edit short-form reels & YouTube shorts with captions, transitions, trending effects, and music.- Create thumbnails, banners, and infographics tailored for social media platforms.- Transform educational content into visually appealing formats.- Collaborate closely with the content and marketing team to maintain a consistent publishing calendar.- Keep abreast of social media and design trends to ensure the content remains relevant and engaging.Requirements:- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma for designing purposes.- Strong skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve for video editing.- Basic understanding of motion graphics would be advantageous.- Previous experience in creating social media content like Instagram reels and YouTube shorts.- A keen eye for color, typography, and layouts.- Willingness to work from the Raipur office with some hybrid flexibility.- At least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred, although freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.What Were Looking For:- A creative thinker who can transform educational content into engaging visuals.- Understanding of Gen-Z and aspirant culture.- Ability to meet deadlines and manage quick turnarounds effectively.- A team player with a self-driven attitude.Please note that shortlisted candidates will be contacted within a week.
