Job Description

    You will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes, which includes tasks such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates. Your role will also involve overseeing onboarding activities to ensure the smooth integration of new hires into the organization. Collaborating with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, define job descriptions, and act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances will be essential.Maintaining positive employee relations by promptly and effectively addressing concerns and resolving conflicts will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will work with teams to implement employee engagement initiatives aimed at improving morale and job satisfaction. Additionally, supporting the performance review process, assisting with goal setting, performance feedback, and tracking will be part of your duties.Assisting managers in implementing performance improvement plans (PIPs), facilitating career development discussions, and tracking employee development initiatives to enhance team performance and growth will also be crucial. It will be your responsibility to ensure HR practices and policies are compliant with legal regulations and industry standards, including maintaining compliance with labor laws, updating employee records, and ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.You will provide guidance to management on HR policies and legal requirements, administer employee benefits programs, and resolve benefits-related issues. Conducting employee surveys to gather feedback, analyzing results, and identifying areas for improvement will also fall under your purview. Developing strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall job satisfaction, collaborating with other departments to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, and maintaining HR data integrity by updating employee records in the HRIS system will be part of your role.For this position, it is desired that you have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, preferably within the IT industry. Familiarity with HR metrics, reporting tools, and HRIS systems, as well as experience working in or supporting HR functions, will be beneficial. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations specific to IT companies, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential attributes. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across teams are also important qualities.In terms of education, a Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An MBA or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM) is preferred for this role.This is a full-time position based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.,
