Job Description

    As an HR Executive at Magneton Offizo in Raipur, your role involves collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions. You will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks. Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting preliminary HR interviews will be part of your daily tasks. You will also coordinate and follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future openings. It is essential for you to stay updated with labor laws, hiring trends, and best HR practices.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct preliminary HR interviews.- Coordinate and follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process.- Maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future openings.- Stay updated with labor laws, hiring trends, and best HR practices.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven work experience (at least 3 years) as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.- Familiarity with hiring practices and sourcing techniques.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems or ATS.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, as an HR Executive at Magneton Offizo, you will enjoy perks and benefits such as alternative Saturday off, competitive salary, a supportive work culture, and opportunities for professional growth.,
