Job Description

    You will be responsible for recruiting new talent for our rapidly growing organization by screening resumes, leading meetings, and collaborating with headhunters. Your key responsibilities include:- Collaborating with headhunters to hire and retain top talent- Screening resumes and job applications- Helping to structure job descriptions- Assisting Hiring Managers with interviews- Coordinating with management and corporate recruiters- Being active on job boards and social media to find qualified candidates- Conducting post-employment surveys- Staying up to date with HR knowledgeTo qualify for this role, you should have:- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field- Excellent knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases- Experience in recruitment planning and strategies- Strong understanding of HR functions, methods, and policies- Familiarity with sourcing techniques- Strong analytical and organizational skills- Proficiency in MS Office- Exceptional record-keeping and time management skills- Strong oral and written communication skillsPlease note that this is a full-time or internship position with a contract length of 3 months.
