Job Description

As an IT Hardware Executive, your primary role will be to handle the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, peripherals, and network devices. Your responsibilities will include:- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, and other IT hardware.- Troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing faulty components.- Performing system upgrades and routine maintenance checks.- Managing and monitoring IT inventory such as desktops, laptops, and networking devices.- Coordinating with vendors for hardware procurement and repairs.- Providing technical support to employees for hardware-related issues.- Ensuring data backup and system security compliance.You should possess a Diploma or Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field along with 13 years of experience in IT hardware support or maintenance. Additionally, you should have good knowledge of computer assembly, networking, peripherals, and a basic understanding of operating systems like Windows/Linux.
