Job Description

    Key Responsibilities: Hardware Management: Install, configure, and maintain hardware components including servers, workstations, printers, and peripherals. Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to hardware systems. Monitor hardware performance and ensure systems are running efficiently. Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues in a timely manner. Provide technical support to end-users regarding hardware-related problems. Work with vendors to resolve hardware issues and manage warranties and repairs. Inventory and Documentation: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all hardware assets. Document hardware configurations, installations, and repairs.
