Job Description

    You are looking for Loss Recovery Executives to handle the follow-up of customers who have not paid their two-wheeler loan installments. Your responsibilities will include contacting customers through phone calls and visits, maintaining records of recovery activities, collaborating with legal or field agents, ensuring compliance with company policies, and traveling to various locations for field recovery.To excel in this role, you must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in recovery operations within finance or NBFC sectors. Strong communication skills, especially in Hindi and local languages, are essential for customer interactions. Your ability to demonstrate leadership qualities and handle challenging scenarios will be crucial. Additionally, you should be prepared to travel frequently for field visits.This is a full-time position that offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and paid sick leave. The work schedule is during the day, and the job requires a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
