Job Description

    You will be responsible for leading the product rollout, building the retail network, and driving growth for our new 5kg atta brand. As the Sales & Marketing Head, your role will involve planning and executing sales strategies, leading the field team and distributor onboarding, running promotions and market campaigns, as well as tracking targets to drive growth.To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, particularly in products such as atta, rice, and oil. A good understanding of the local market dynamics and previous experience in team handling are essential requirements for this role.This is a full-time position that offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, and internet reimbursement.
