Job Description

    As a Sales & Marketing Manager at ISAPL, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote AMC services in the security and surveillance domain. Your role will involve generating new leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with technical and CRM teams for successful client interactions.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote AMC services effectively.- Generate new leads and convert them into long-term AMC clients.- Maintain strong relationships with existing AMC clients for renewals and upselling opportunities.- Coordinate with technical and CRM teams for proposal preparation, client meetings, and follow-ups.- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and service reviews across various locations.- Prepare marketing reports and track campaign performance.- Identify market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- 3 years of experience in service marketing.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Comfortable with traveling as part of job responsibilities.- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.- Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.In addition to the core responsibilities and qualifications, you will benefit from:- Cell phone reimbursement- Health insurance- Leave encashment- Paid sick time- Paid time off- Provident FundPlease note that this is a full-time position based on in-person work location.,
