The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automotive mechanics, strong analytical skills, and experience in insurance claims processing.Key Responsibilities: Inspect vehicles involved in accidents or damage to assess the extent of damage and repair requirements. Prepare detailed reports on the damage, including an estimation of repair costs, and recommend whether to approve or reject claims based on the inspection. Collaborate with insurance adjusters, agents, and clients to gather necessary information related to claims. Review and verify policy terms to ensure claims are in line with coverage limits and policy conditions. Liaise with repair shops and service providers to evaluate repair estimates and approve or negotiate the cost of repairs. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and claims procedures. Provide advice to clients regarding the claims process and repair procedures. Maintain records of all inspections and claims processed and update systems accordingly. Conduct follow-ups on open claims and ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner. Stay informed about changes in insurance regulations, vehicle repair costs, and industry standards.
