Job Description

    As a Performance Marketer at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue by effectively managing ad spend. Your primary focus will be on optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing lead-generation funnels for both B2B and B2C clients.Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with our content and design team to ensure that messaging and creatives are aligned with campaign goals. Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions will be essential to your success in this role.To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency setting. Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads is a must, along with a clear understanding of business models and ROI-based thinking.
