Backed by Alishan Groups robust financial support, our company focuses on quality, innovation, and efficiency to advance solar technology and support Indias mission for self-reliance in renewable energy.Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Plant Manager based in Chhattisgarh to oversee and manage all aspects of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will lead a diverse team, ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and adherence to safety and environmental standards. This role requires a deep understanding of solar component manufacturing and a commitment to advancing sustainable energy practices.Key Responsibilities: Lead daily plant operations, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes in alignment with company goals. Implement production schedules to meet customer demands while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Develop and manage budgets for plant operations, including labor, supplies, and equipment. Oversee continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production quality, reduce waste, and increase productivity. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and quality assurance, to drive innovation and product improvements. Lead, mentor, and develop the plant team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the solar energy sector. Must have extensive experience of ISO and 5S. Strong knowledge of solar component production processes and quality standards. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to environmental and sustainability standards.
