Job Description

    The Production Head for Injection Molding and Blowing oversees the production processes of injection molding and blowing operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe production while meeting quality standards and targets. Supervising and managing production lines, setting up machinery, and ensuring proper operation are key responsibilities. Additionally, developing production schedules, monitoring performance, and troubleshooting issues to maintain safety and quality compliance are crucial tasks. Leading and training production staff to create a collaborative work environment and collaborating with maintenance, quality control, and supply chain teams for seamless operations are also part of the role.Key Qualifications for this position include a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Plastic Industries, or related fields, along with proven experience in managing injection molding and blowing operations. A strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and quality standards, as well as excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 3 years of total work experience. The work location is in person.,
