Job Description

    We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Sales Officer for our Raipur location. You will be responsible for handling private projects and play a crucial role in driving project-based sales. Your key responsibilities will include handling sales for private projects such as residential, commercial, and institutional, conducting regular site visits to monitor and manage project requirements, building and maintaining strong relationships with builders, contractors, and site engineers, generating new leads and converting them into successful project deals, coordinating with internal teams for timely deliveries and technical support, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring client satisfaction.To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in project sales, preferably in the paints, construction, or building materials industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple project sites. Owning a vehicle for site visits is preferred. A graduate degree is required, with an MBA being preferred but not mandatory.This is a full-time, permanent position based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The role involves a willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for in-person work at various project sites.
