Job Description

    We have an opening for Property Manager our client in Raipur.Job Opportunity: Property Manager (Female Only)Location: Raipur Head Office Position: Property Manager (Individual Contributor) Experience Required: Minimum 5 YearsWe are seeking a highly skilled and well-groomed female candidate with a Hotel Management Administration background to join our team as a Property Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our offices and guest houses, ensuring safety, food & bar arrangements, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment where your skills will contribute to the smooth functioning of our properties.Key Responsibilities:Oversee safety, food, and bar arrangements across offices and guest houses.Manage essential supplies, including groceries, vegetables, dairy, and other requirements.Coordinate medicine arrangements for dependent parents, when necessary.Handle administrative tasks and ensure effective management of repair & maintenance work.Engage with expats, understand their preferences, and organize food arrangements as per their requirements.Maintain inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely bill payments.Enforce procedures to prevent food wastage, grocery loss, or issues with bar displays.Ensure products are rotated using LIFO (Last In, First Out) and FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.Conduct surprise audits to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards across all locations.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in Hotel Management Administration or related fields.Strong communication skills in both English and the local language.Well-groomed and professional in appearance.Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and efficiently manage daily operations.Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.Preferred Skills:Prior experience in managing guest houses, offices, or similar properties.Knowledge of stock management, inventory control, and quality assurance.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and expats.If you are passionate about ensuring operational excellence, maintaining food safety, and ensuring guest satisfaction, we would love to hear from you!Interested candidates are invited to apply with their updated resumes.Kindly share your CV at hidden_emailSmit BhavreTalish Solutions91 hidden_mobile / hidden_emailwww.talishsolutions.com
