Job Description

With Istaka, experience a revolution in outdoor elegance, where every product is crafted to inspire and transform. Role & Responsibilities: Purchase & Order-
    • Processing Raise and process purchase orders based on department requirements
    • Follow up with vendors for delivery confirmations and updates
    • Maintain records of orders, quotations, and delivery schedules
    Vendor Coordination
    • Collect and compare quotations from multiple suppliers
    • Coordinate with vendors on pricing, availability, and timelines
    • Assist in onboarding new vendors and completing documentation
    Documentation
    • Maintain organized records of POs, invoices, and delivery documents
    • Ensure all purchases have proper approvals before processing
    • Update purchase entries in ERP/Tally regularly
    Store & Inventory Support
    • Coordinate with the stores team for material receipt verification
    • Report any quantity or quality discrepancies immediately
    • Assist in periodic stock checks and reconciliation
    Reporting
    • Prepare basic MIS reports on purchase status and pending orders
    • Support the team with budget tracking and spend data
