Job Description

    As an Automation Tester at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts for web and/or mobile applications. You will execute automated test cases, analyze results, and collaborate with various teams to identify and resolve defects.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and/or mobile applications.- Execute test cases and analyze results, reporting and tracking defects using bug tracking tools.- Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and product teams to resolve issues.- Participate in test planning, estimation, and review meetings.- Ensure test coverage, test data setup, and maintain automation frameworks.- Provide regular updates on test progress and quality metrics.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 6 months to 2 years of experience in automation testing.- Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver or similar automation tools.- Proficiency in at least one programming language.- Experience with test frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest.- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.- Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman/RestAssured.- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, etc.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good to Have:- Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter.- Experience in writing SQL queries for database validation.Education:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including paid sick time.
