Job Description

    ****As a Relationship Associate/Associate Sales Manager/Financial Sales Manager at Yes Banks Bancassurance department, your main responsibility will be to fulfill leads and prospect new business from the assigned areas and branches of the channel partner.**Key Responsibilities:**- Establish and strengthen relationships with branch managers and staff to generate leads.- Participate in work site activities such as putting up stalls and making presentations in corporate settings.- Close sales and diligently follow up on the issuance process.- Increase the banks customer awareness about Life Insurance solutions and achieve the targeted penetration for cross-selling within the branchs customer base.- Effectively drive the Reward and Recognition programs launched for the bank staff.- Regularly train the bank staff on concepts in life insurance and introduce them to new products.**Qualifications Required:**- Graduation or Post-graduation in any discipline.- 0.6 to 2 years of experience in sales for Band 5, 2 to 3 years for Band 5A, and 3 to 4 years for Band 5B.- Strong communication skills in English and regional languages are mandatory.- Age group preferred is 21-28 years.- Own conveyance is preferable for this role.,
