Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:Sales Leadership and Planning: Lead, plan, and organise sales efforts. Interact proactively with customers.Customer Engagement: Attend to customers within 3 minutes of their arrival. Conduct thorough probing to understand customer needs.Sales Targets: Achieve designated sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.Inventory Management: Ensure all cars in stock are clean and presentable at all times.Product Demonstration: Provide accurate demonstrations and offer test drives to customers. Advise customers on suitable models, financing options, and available schemes.Sales Monitoring: Monitor and control discounts, as well as prospect generation and qualification.Delivery Management: Ensure timely delivery of cars and be present during the delivery process.Customer Relations: Establish and maintain good relationships with customers. Manage customer expectations effectively.Documentation and Follow-Up: Ensure the completion of all paperwork. Conduct timely follow-ups to close sales.Market Relations: Maintain positive relationships within the local pre-owned car market.Lead Management: Ensure comprehensive updating of leads in the AAP DMS (Dealer Management System).Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a related field.Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar field, with a preference for premium automotive experience or in any other luxury segment.Skills: Strong communication skills. Proficiency in written and verbal English.
