Job Description

    Job Description-
    • New client acquisition and Managing service business (Annual Maintenance Contract, O&M, of HVAC, Electrical, IBMS, F&F, Plumbing etc).
    • Have hands on experience in handling O&M and AMC business of any type of electromechanical utility services like HVAC, Central Air conditioning, Packaged Air conditioning, Electrical systems, Diesel Generators, IBMS & Fire Fighting in the customer service domain.
    • Scanning different sources in market for leads on O&M and AMC
    • Generation of enquiries for AMC / O&M of chillers, package units, ventilation, HVAC or Electrical, F&F jobs.
    • Preparing quotations for the enquiries, submission, negotiation with client/ Facility Management of Client.
    • Maintain regular contact with different customers to ensure enquiries and job leads.
    • Exposure of sales of O&M / maintenance contracts with an established client base of multiple sites.
    Qualification and Skills-
    • 4 to 5 years of relevant Customer Service Experience
    • Should have a B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical
    • Should have hands on experience with managing O&M and AMC business.
    • Should have knowledge on statutory rules and regulation regarding minimum wages/ PF/ ESI/ Leave of central Govt. as well as State Govt.
    • Should have knowledge on submitting E tender and participation on reverse auction of Govt tenders.
    • In depth knowledge on AC&R/ Electrical Service Industry or Facility management companies.
