Job Description

    Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities Overall responsibility of topline for Primary, Secondary & Tertiary sales in the region.Team handling experience.Managing distribution network for multiple states through the team of BMs/ASMs/TEs/SSTE/Associates.Formulating, Planning, and Executing sell-out activities and other marketing programs.Driving the right product mix and assortment leads to overall margin gains.Driving a performance-driven culture in the team.Hiring, developing & retaining the team through structured processes, regular feedback, and leading by example.Driving key account management for distributors/ key dealers / key contractors.Strengthening Forecast Accuracy and Inventory Management.Ensuring 100% implementation of sales process initiatives and incentive earnings of the team.
