Job Description

As an experienced Salesforce Developer, your role will involve hands-on design and development of custom solutions on the Force.com platform. This includes declarative customization, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, data modeling, integration, and data migration. You will be responsible for designing Salesforce solutions that span across multiple business areas within the clients environment.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions across the enterprise.- Lead custom development on the Salesforce.com platform.- Perform technical design/development, documentation, configuration, maintenance, administration, and integration of the Salesforce platform.- Implement end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform.- Translate business requirements into well-architected customized solutions leveraging Salesforce platform and products.- Participate in technical design sessions and develop technical solution documentation aligned with business objectives.- Understand salesforce.com governor limits, coding, and configuration best practices.Qualifications Required:- Over 7 years of IT experience with a minimum of 4 years in the CRM Platform as an Administrator and Developer.- 5 years of experience in a hands-on technical leadership position preferred.- Proficient in working with Salesforce.com service cloud, Sales cloud, and Customer community.- Experience with Salesforce Community Portals.- Good knowledge of Apex development for creating Objects, Triggers, Apex Classes, Standard Controllers, Custom Controllers, and Controller Extensions.- Experience in enterprise consulting and implementation of major technology programs.- Ability to build integrations with Salesforce and 3rd-party APIs using SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API.- Experience in managing a team of Senior Developers, consultants, and Analysts.In addition, you should hold the following certifications:- Advanced Administrator- Certified Platform Developer I- Certified Platform Developer II- Sales/Service Cloud Consultant- Platform App BuilderEducation:- 15 Years of full-time education.Work Location:- Raipur (work from office) OR Pune (work from office)- Remote work with travel to Raipur (Chhattisgarh) three times a year for three weeks on the first visit and 2 weeks on subsequent visits.,
