Job Description

    As an experienced SAP PLM Developer with over 8 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in developing and supporting custom SAP applications. Your expertise in SAP ABAP, Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP), BOPF, and FPM will be essential in aligning custom solutions with business requirements, particularly focusing on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and cross-functional processes.Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing SAP solutions tailored to meet business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Leveraging your skills in OOABAP, BOPF, and FPM, you will build scalable and maintainable SAP applications, participating in the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment.Additionally, you will contribute to system upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting efforts. Your support for SAP PLM functionality and integration will be crucial for the success of the projects you are involved in.In terms of hard skills, you should have a strong command of SAP ABAP with at least 8 years of hands-on experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP), 3 years in Business Object Processing Framework (BOPF), and 3 years in Floor Plan Manager (FPM) is also required. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and functional knowledge of SAP PLM are considered advantageous.Soft skills such as the ability to work independently, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role. You should also be adaptable to evolving project requirements and technologies.Your performance will be evaluated based on your expertise in SAP ABAP and OOABAP (5 years), proficiency in BOPF and FPM (3 years), familiarity with S/4HANA environment and SAP PLM, individual ownership and delivery mindset, collaboration and communication skills, as well as hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle.This position requires you to work on-site in Bangalore or as per project requirements. The start date is immediate or as per your notice period.,
