The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Flutter, Firebase, and Dart and have a proven track record of building high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications. This role requires hands-on development as well as leadership skills to mentor junior developers.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain advanced cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. Integrate real-time applications with Firebase for seamless functionality. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate mobile applications with server-side APIs. Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications. Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering their growth in mobile development.Required Skills And Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile development, with a strong focus on Flutter. Advanced expertise in Firebase for real-time application development.
