Job Description

    As a Senior Backend Developer at Fundtec, you will be responsible for leading the development and optimization of scalable, high-performance backend systems that drive our fintech solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain backend services, ensuring seamless integration with front-end applications and third-party systems.You will design, develop, and maintain backend systems, APIs, and microservices using modern technologies and frameworks, with a focus on ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability of applications. Additionally, you will write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members to uphold code quality and best practices.Collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with product managers, front-end developers, and DevOps engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth functionality, and identify and implement performance improvements.As a Senior Backend Developer, you will provide technical leadership to junior developers, stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, and ensure Fundtec remains at the forefront of innovation. Required skills for this role include 5 years of backend development experience, proficiency in Node.js, strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL), experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture, familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.Strong analytical and debugging skills, as well as the ability to design scalable and secure backend solutions, are essential for success in this role. Soft skills such as excellent communication, teamwork, time management, and meeting deadlines are also important qualities.A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Knowledge of financial technologies or a background in fintech is considered a plus. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including a flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, paid sick time, and paid time off. The work schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday, and the preferred language is English. The location for this role is Raipur, Chhattisgarh.,
