Job Description

    Roles and responsibilities-:1. Overseeing the design, planning and execution of construction work on site.2. Looking after the engineering and execution part of the construction project on site in and out.3. Handling the construction team and directing them on site.4. Managing the deliverables on time and within the budget.5. Study and assess drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to construction projects.6. Determine budget, project schedules and scope of work and deploy appropriate staff.7. Collaborate and interact with construction teams, architects and outside project developers and consultants.8. Conducting on-site investigations and analyzing data9. Assessing potential risks, materials and costs.10. Ensuring best practices, standards and procedures, adhering to quality and the companys norms.11. Looking after the sites safety provision, material and labor procurement, also the repair, maintenance and replacement of infrastructure.Essentials-:The candidate should have an experience of 8 years or more in the field related to constuction.Desirable traits-:1.
