Job Description

    Job Title: Senior Sales Manager Batching PlantJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales efforts for our batching plant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the construction or concrete industry, with expertise in developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve company targets and growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base for our batching plant productsDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share in the concrete and construction sectorsBuild and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, including contractors, developers, architects, and distributorsIdentify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, market research, and participation in industry eventsPrepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and bids to prospective clientsManage negotiations and closing of high-value sales deals while ensuring customer satisfactionCollaborate with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and product qualityConduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies accordinglyDevelop sales forecasts and reports, track KPIs, and ensure alignment with business objectivesMonitor customer feedback and ensure the highest level of service and support for ongoing client relationshipsProvide leadership, mentorship, and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performanceParticipate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and product promotionsEnsure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all sales activitiesQualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales management, with at least 5 years in the concrete or construction industryStrong understanding of batching plant operations, concrete products, and the construction marketProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with experience in managing large, complex dealsExcellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skillsAbility to develop and implement effective sales strategies and business development plansStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsProficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteWillingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry eventsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAdditional Skills (Optional):In-depth knowledge of concrete mix designs, batching technology, and related industry standardsExperience in handling large-scale projects and working with major construction firmsAbility to develop and deliver training programs for the salesThis template can be customized based on the specific needs of your batching plant.
