    Heres a detailed Job Description (JD) for a Showroom Sales Executive in a Jewellery Showroom:Job Title: Showroom Sales Executive JewelleryJob Summary:The Showroom Sales Executive is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience in the jewellery showroom by understanding customer needs, showcasing products, and driving sales. The role requires strong product knowledge, interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome customers to the showroom and understand their jewellery requirements. Provide detailed product information, including metal quality, stone types, pricing, and craftsmanship. Assist customers in product selection by offering suggestions based on their preferences and budget. Showcase new collections and promote current offers to boost sales. Maintain knowledge of current inventory and keep displays clean, organized, and attractive. Maintain client records and follow up with customers for repeat business. Work with the team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Ensure high standards of customer service, professionalism, and grooming at all times. Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate to the manager if required.Requirements: Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream. 13 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the jewellery or luxury retail industry. Good communication skills in English and local language. Presentable appearance with a pleasant personality. Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of billing systems and handling cash/card transactions.
