Job Description

    You shall oversee all aspects of construction projects to ensure quality standards and compliance with safety regulations are consistently met. We expect you to coordinate and supervise on-site staff, subcontractors, and other personnel effectively, ensuring clear communication and task delegation. You will monitor project progress daily, keeping accurate records and providing updates to senior management to facilitate informed decision-making. You shall conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues, implementing corrective measures swiftly to maintain project timelines and budgets. We expect you to liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to align project objectives and address any concerns or changes promptly. You will manage resources efficiently, including equipment and materials, to optimize cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality outputs. You shall enforce a culture of safety by ensuring that all on-site activities comply with health and safety legislation and company policies.
