Job Description

As a Marketing Intern at our company, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, supporting various initiatives to drive the brands success. Your role will involve a mix of hands-on execution and learning opportunities, making it an ideal environment for a student or recent graduate eager to enhance their marketing skills.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in planning and implementing digital and social media marketing campaigns.- Support content creation for various platforms, including social media posts, visuals, and presentation decks.- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and Google Sheets.- Manage social media scheduling, stay updated on platform trends, and engage with the audience effectively.- Aid in the execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, drafting, and performance tracking.- Conduct basic SEO keyword research and assist in content optimization efforts.- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive informed marketing strategies.- Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events and promotions.Qualifications and Skills:Technical Skills:- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.- Experience with content creation tools like Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva.- Strong analytical skills using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.- Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.Marketing Skills:- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research.- Understanding of major social media platforms and content algorithms.- Familiarity with content marketing tactics and market research methods.Soft Skills:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.- Effective time management and organizational skills.- Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.Work Ethic:- Punctuality, reliability, and self-motivation.- Proactive approach to tasks and challenges.- Adaptability to dynamic work environments.- Accountability for deliverables.Education & Experience:- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.- Prior experience in marketing or content creation is beneficial but not mandatory.- Coursework or projects related to digital marketing, market research, or analytics are advantageous.Please note that this is an Internship position with a contract length of 3 months.
